Spizzuliu comes from the Sicilian spizzuliàri: to nibble, to pick at a little of this and a little of that. Many small bites, set out to share, so that people stand around the food and talk.

Sicilian small bites for office lunches, birthdays, a wedding aperitivo or a Friday afternoon that deserves more than crisps. Tell us the date and roughly how many guests; we suggest a menu and a price, and on the day the food arrives ready to set out. Minimum order and delivery area are still being settled.

Sicilian cooking classes in Copenhagen: cook with us, then sit down and eat what you made. Dates, place and price for the next classes are announced on Instagram. Ask us if you would like a class for your own group.

Every catering menu is put together for the event. This is the kind of thing we make, from our freshly baked focaccia and freshly made mozzarella to Sicilian dolci.

Arancini: Crisp rice balls, with ragù or with butter and cheese
Panelle: Chickpea fritters with a squeeze of lemon
Caponata: Sweet-and-sour aubergine with celery, capers and olives

Dolce

Torta di pinoli e mandorle: Pine nut and almond tart, dusted with powdered sugar
Cannoli: Crisp shells filled with sweet ricotta
Biscotti di mandorla: Soft almond biscuits

Limonata: Lemon soda
Caffè: Espresso, for the end of the afternoon
